      Starting in our Engineering Department, with Pro-Engineer/ Unigraphics 3D design capabilities, Customer provide the 2D or 3D drawings in DXF,DWG,PRT, SAT, IGES, STEP format etc, or just the sample, we will scan the sample and make product blueprint, begin to design the mould assembly drawing after customer’ confirmation, and we customize the existing projects. TCC offer the mould assembly drawing for customer further discussion when necessary, considering about the product parting line, gate, ejector position, water cooling layout, moving direction and distance of slide etc, then find a solution which makes customer most satisfied. We can aid in your project offering Pro-Engineer, Cadkey, Cadkey Solids, and Fastsurf, which tie in directly to our CNC programming using Surfcam and Mastercam. This feature allows for faster mold deliveries at close tolerances, for more cost savings for you. If mold-filling analysis is needed, we provide that valuable tool using C-Mold to help fine tune part design and avoid potential processing problems. Our engineering department is available for the all-important early involvement in product development to ensure manufacturability and to optimize your design intent.
